What cable management products does ANTON manufacture?
ANTON manufactures a complete range of cable management products: PVC cable trunking, PVC wiring ducts, PC+ABS LSHF (low smoke halogen-free) wiring ducts, PVC electrical conduit pipes, PVC fittings (couplers, elbows, junction boxes, adaptors) and nylon cable ties. All product lines are available in a wide range of sizes to support full-project or container orders from a single source.
What is the difference between PVC wiring duct and LSHF wiring duct?
PVC wiring duct is the standard choice for control panels and industrial cabinets -- cost-effective, dimensionally accurate and flame-retardant to UL94 standards. PC+ABS LSHF wiring duct is made from a low smoke, halogen-free compound. In the event of a fire it emits significantly less toxic smoke and corrosive gases, making it the preferred choice for data centers, railway installations, public infrastructure and any environment where occupant safety and equipment protection are critical.
What sizes are available for cable trunking and wiring duct?
We offer a wide range of standard sizes. Cable trunking is available from 12×12 mm up to 200×100 mm. Wiring duct widths typically range from 25 mm to 200 mm with various height options. PVC conduit is available in standard diameters from 16 mm to 63 mm. Are your products flame-retardant? What rating do they carry?
Yes. All ANTON cable management products are manufactured with flame-retardant compounds. Our standard PVC products meet UL94 V-0 or UL94 V-2 rating depending on product type. We do not dilute flame-retardant additives or substitute recycled filler materials -- documented flame retardancy is a baseline requirement in our production process, not an optional upgrade.
Can I purchase all cable management products from ANTON in one order?
Yes. ANTON is a one-stop manufacturer for cable trunking, wiring ducts, conduits, fittings and cable ties. You can consolidate a full project or container order with a single supplier -- one price negotiation, one set of quality documents and one shipment. This is one of the key advantages of working with ANTON compared to sourcing from multiple factories.

Can you provide test reports and technical datasheets?
Yes. Test reports for RoHS, REACH, CE and UL94 flame retardancy, as well as product technical datasheets, are available on request. For project buyers in data centers, railways or infrastructure, we can provide the full documentation package required for compliance review. Do your products meet the requirements for the European market?
Yes. Our products carry CE marking and comply with RoHS and REACH directives, which are the primary compliance requirements for electrical installation materials entering the EU. Minimum Order Quantity
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type and size. As a general guideline, standard products are typically available from one carton or one pallet for sample/trial orders. For regular wholesale or container orders, MOQ is typically one full pallet per SKU or a combined container order across multiple product lines. Please contact us with your product list and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your specific requirements.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before committing to a bulk purchase. Sample quantities are available for most standard products. Samples are typically charged at cost price, and the sample fee may be credited against your first bulk order. Please specify the product, size and color when requesting samples.
Is there a higher MOQ for OEM or custom products?
Yes. Custom colors, non-standard sizes or private-label packaging generally require a higher MOQ to cover tooling, setup and material procurement costs. The exact MOQ depends on the level of customization required. We will provide a clear MOQ and pricing breakdown during the quotation stage. Contact us to discuss your OEM requirements.
Lead Time & Delivery
What is the typical production lead time?
For standard products in stock, we can arrange shipment within 7–15 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For production orders (made-to-order), lead time is typically 20–35 days depending on order volume and current production schedule. OEM and custom orders may require additional time. We will confirm the exact lead time in your quotation.
How do you ensure on-time delivery?
With a 15,000 m² production base and over 8,000 tons of annual output capacity, ANTON maintains stable manufacturing throughput. We plan production schedules around confirmed orders and provide regular shipment updates. Our capacity means we are not dependent on subcontracting or seasonal bottlenecks that cause delays with smaller suppliers.
Can you accommodate urgent or rush orders?
We can often accommodate urgent orders for standard products from existing stock. Please contact us directly with your required delivery date and product list. We will check stock availability and advise on the fastest possible shipment arrangement. Additional charges may apply for priority handling or express freight.
Customization & OEM
Can ANTON manufacture products to custom sizes or specifications?
Yes. We support customization of dimensions, wall thickness, color, material compound and slot configuration. Custom tooling is available for non-standard sizes. Please provide your technical drawing or specification sheet and we will assess feasibility, tooling cost and lead time. Most customization requests can be evaluated within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer private label and OEM branding services?
Yes. ANTON provides full OEM and private label services including custom product branding, packaging design and market exclusivity arrangements. We respect your brand identity and market territory. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before sharing any sensitive information. Contact us to discuss your private label requirements.
Can you customize the color of cable trunking or conduit?
Yes. Standard colors include white, grey and beige. Custom colors (RAL or Pantone reference) are available for orders meeting the minimum quantity threshold for color production runs. Please provide your color reference and we will confirm availability and MOQ. Color matching samples can be produced before bulk production begins.
Packaging
What is the standard packaging for your products?
Standard packaging varies by product. Cable trunking and wiring ducts are typically bundled and packed in cartons. Conduit pipes are bundled and banded. Fittings are packed in polybags or small cartons. Cable ties are packed in bags or boxes by count. All outer cartons are clearly labelled with product code, size, quantity and batch information. Export packaging is designed for container loading efficiency.
Can you use our branded packaging or custom carton printing?
Yes. Custom carton printing with your brand logo, product information and barcode is available for OEM and private label orders. Please provide your artwork files (AI, PDF or EPS format) and we will prepare a packaging proof for approval before production. A minimum order quantity applies for custom printed packaging.
Are products packed to withstand long-distance sea freight?
Yes. Our packaging is designed for international sea freight. Products are secured to pallets with stretch wrap and strapping where required. We have extensive experience exporting to over 100 countries and regions, and our packaging specifications account for the handling, humidity and vibration conditions typical of container shipping.
Payment & Shipping
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire), L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders, and Western Union for small sample payments. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid before shipment. For established long-term customers, other arrangements may be discussed.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Sea freight from Foshan/Guangzhou/Shenzhen is available to all major global ports. We can ship on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDU/DDP terms depending on your preference. Our logistics team will recommend the most cost-effective option for your order volume and destination.
What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We support EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board — Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Nansha port), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) and DDU / DDP (for customers who prefer door-to-door delivery). Please specify your preferred Incoterm when requesting a quotation so we can price accordingly.
What shipping documents will I receive?
Standard shipping documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill, and Certificate of Origin. Additional documents such as a Form E (ASEAN-China FTA), fumigation certificate, inspection certificate or specific compliance declarations can be arranged on request. Please advise your import requirements at the time of order.
